GALU DESIGN MANULELE – inspired by the many beautiful birds both ground and tree dwelling. This design indicates the hearing of birds songs in the morning and evening that fills the memories of all Samoans.
The Hibiscus floral elements were hand drawn by one of the artists in our team. The Hibiscus flower is another iconic flower of Samoa though more rarely seen in Samoan designs.There are man different types of leaves and palms again not normally seen such as the Monstera leaves. Birds depicted include Samoan parrakeet, Lupe, Kingfisher, Manualii.
