Our Website Janetssamoa.com was started in early 2012 in response to overwhelming demand from our overseas friends and customers to allow them a channel to Shop for Samoan and Pacific Designed Products.

Our goal is to offer you not only the best of our Pacific and Samoan Made products but an enjoyable, informative and fun online shopping experience.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! There is no place in this world that does not Love the Pacific! We ship via Samoa Post and Priority Mail to virtually any address in the world. Product shipping costs, shipping rates and fees will vary depending on delivery address of your order.

We have a long history of shipping to our neighbouring countries in the Pacific Rim and also to the United States and Western Europe, but residents of countries farther afield should check their local customs agency for duties, import fees and list of prohibitive items.

Our general Turnaround time (length of time between order received and shipped) for products in stock is within two to three working days. Items not currently in stock can be ordered on demand and have different production times discussed on each items page.

  • Who do you Use for shipping? Is it safe?

Samoa Post Handles our Standard and Express Shipping Services. None of our orders has ever been lost to this date and you can feel the utmost security in your purchase and its arrival to you.

We also offer DHL SERVICES if you would prefer and can get a quote for you if you would like.

  • How long does shipping to my country generally take?

Estimated shipping times are:

-   New Zealand - 8 working days.

-    Australia -14 working days.

-  US and other regions - 20 working days.

-  Express Mail options would halve these shipping times.


  • What forms of payment do you accept?

 Janet’s accepts all major credit cards. Credit card transactions are handled by Paypal Worldwide, the most trusted and widely used payment service globally to the highest standard of online payment security. We are SSL Certified guaranteeing Web security and privacy for our customers.

We Also accept Bank Transfers and Pay-In-Store.


  • Are my details and personal information secure?

Yes. We take your Privacy Seriously. We use high-level SSL encryption technology which is the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. Online Payment and transactions are secure. Janets does not store your personal credit card information.

  • Wholesale Orders

Yes, we do offer a discount for wholesale accounts and large orders (typically over a dozen items). We offer wholesale discounts for occasions such as Weddings and Corporate events when a large number of the same items are needed. Please contact one of our friendly sales representatives at sales@janetssamoa.com if you have any questions.

  • How will my order be packed?

Our dedicated staff will pack your order. All retail orders are carefully wrapped or boxed. If your order is damaged during shipping please keep all packaging materials and email us immediately to resolve the problem.

  • Will my package be Registered?

Yes, every order is automatically registered.

  • How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Our shipping prices start at 10 Samoa Tala and rise depending on weight of the order and order destination. We do our best to give you the best shipping rates possible whilst ensuring that your order is packed securely.


Note also that we offer FREE SHIPPING for some of the items in our catalogue.


  • How do I ship to an address other than my billing address?

Upon checkout you will be given the option of shipping to a different address.


  • Can I get my purchase gift wrapped by Janet’s Online?

Yes. We offer a gift wrapping service at $8 Samoan Tala per gift wrapped item. Our gift wrapping is designed with Samoan Tapa and Pacific Motifs.
You can select to have your purchases wrapped individually or as a bundled item in once package.

  • What is the return policy?

We do not accept Refunds. All Sales are final.

 We do accept exchanges in one event

  1. Order shipped is incorrect from that ordered from site.

 In this case reshipping will be paid for by ourselves and the order exchanged for the correct goods. The return window in this circumstance is a week’s time from when the order is received. Order must be resent within a week of being received.

 We also reserve the right to reject any returns of mistaken goods if the condition of the returned goods differs markedly from the condition they were shipped in. Item must be returned in the same reasonable condition.

In these special circumstances and to ensure the integrity of our products, returns will be assessed on an individual basis.

Sale & special order merchandise is non-returnable. 

When returning a piece for exchange, please indicate your reason for the return, and package your products safely and securely with insurance.

Please insure your package for your protection. Please do not send the package C.O.D.
