Janet’s accepts all major credit cards. Credit card transactions are handled by PayPal, the most trusted name in Web Payment. We are SSL Certified Guaranteeing Web security and privacy for our customers.

 

NOTE: ALL PRICES LISTED ON SITE ARE IN AUD (Australian Dollars) and can be converted to USD and NZD using the currency tool. Even though you are ordering from overseas we sell at local prices. We use AUD to more easily process the currency by our merchant bank provider to serve credit card holders. We will endeavour to list the Samoan prices for our local corporate clients.

Janet’s recognizes the importance of protecting user information while operating this website and has taken steps to ensure integrity, proper maintenance and security of any and all information

We collect e-mails during an order to store in our database to facilitate future purchases by the customer. We also use e-mails to send out our newsletters from time to time to inform our clients of current and future promotions and specials.

 Janet’s ensures that any personal information submitted with regards to payment, registration and purchasing will be relevant, adequate and not excessive for purposes of operating this website. Said information in our database will only be used as needed to provide you the user with a more seamless experience.

 Cookies are used to store visitor preferences, session information (shopping cart) and past activity on this site. Cookies can be easily adjusted from the user’s computer to be disposed of if needed.

 We do not share information with other third parties.

 Security is of paramount importance and we are SSL certified. SSL technology provides a high level of data security and information integrity.

Shipping Policy

We ship via Samoa Post and Priority Mail to virtually any address in the world. The general isolation of our Island Paradise in the South Pacific means that shipping costs can be prohibitive for particularly heavy items. We endeavour to drive these shipping costs down where possible in order to ensure you get the most value from your money spent. Product shipping costs, shipping rates and fees will vary depending on delivery address of your order.

 

Import duties and customs fees may be applied to your packages depending on the specific laws of your country and it is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure awareness of these charges. We have a long history of shipping to our neighbouring countries in the Pacific Rim, but residents of countries farther afield should check their local customs agency for duties, import fees and list of prohibitive items for their particular countries.

 

Be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection by customs officials.

 

Estimated shipping dates are: New Zealand - 8 working days. Australia -14 working days. US and other regions - 20 working days. Express Mail options would halve these shipping times.

Our general Turnaround time (length of time between order received and shipped) for products in stock is within two to three working days. Items not currently in stock can be ordered on demand and have different production times discussed on each items page.

Tracking of Orders via Registers Mail as well as Express Shipping (5 day shipping) are available as an option to the customer at extra cost.

Return Policy

We do not accept Refunds. All Sales are final.

We do accept exchanges in one event - Order shipped is incorrect from that ordered from site.

In this case reshipping will be paid for by ourselves and the order exchanged for the correct goods. The return window in this circumstance is a week’s time from when the order is received. Order must be resent within a week of being received.

We also reserve the right to reject any returns of mistaken goods if the condition of the returned goods differs markedly from the condition they were shipped in.Item must be returned in the same reasonable condition.

In these special circumstances and to ensure the integrity of our products, returns will be assessed on an individual basis.

Sale & special order merchandise is non-returnable. 

When returning a piece for exchange, please indicate your reason for the return, and package your products safely and securely with insurance.

 

Please insure your package for your protection. Please do not send the package C.O.D.

Janet’s will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Janet’s will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control.
